One of your reunion committee's most important meetings was held today! We stuffed the envelopes and will mail them out tomorrow! If you haven't already done so, please submit your contact information so we can send one to you! Something new - we'll be sending you confirmation of monies received as soon as you send in payment for your reservation tickets! Just a reminder to please put it in a safe place where you can remember to find it - it will also be your entrance ticket to our reunion.
We really do work hard for you at every meeting, but today it was a lot more "physical"! ;) We put practically our whole bodies into stuffing these envelopes! Up, down, passing more supplies to each other when we'd run out, then the fun part - SEALING THEM! :-) Your envelope sealers today and your latest reunion committee members as well as special guest, Kristen - Mary Lou's daughter:

As we get closer to reunion time, some of what we discuss at our remaining committee meetings will not be revealed here. We have a few surprises in store and a few tricks up our sleeves. Please don't try to buy, bribe or otherwise coerce our committee members into revealing our secrets to you because they all "pinky swore" before leaving the meeting today and will remain loyal to our cause!!! ;)
We had a special guest today! KRISTEN! Mary Lou's daughter and our extra "candid" photographer catching us with our tongues hanging out and lending her all to helping us stuff those envelopes! Thank you, Kristen!
We had two more new classmates joining us today! Anita Marynick Cawley and Pam Sharp Fox! It wasn't hard recognizing them, they both still look the same as they did 30 years ago! Would you believe that Pam still has her Denbigh Graduation Cap & Gown and will let us borrow it for the reunion??? With Patty's from Menchville displayed, they'll be nice reminders of what we were doing 30 years ago! THANK YOU, PAM!
Patty Hart Ragland has been a big help in helping
us find some of our lost classmates! Thank you, Patty! And to Mary
Lou, Beverly and Shirley Ortery for dialing those numbers and getting our
classmate's addresses! We already have to replenish our mailing supplies
that we'd previously thought would be enough!
Richard brought us word
from Jim Baughman, more of a professional photographer than me, that he will
make our reunion nametags! Y'all are SO lucky! ;-)

Thanks also to Mike Frank from our 2nd committee meeting for dropping off an old phone list of what could be still-in-the-area parents' phone numbers! Mike? We missed you today!
I can't tell you the rest of what we discussed today at our meeting, but your classmates have a few surprises in store for you all at our reunion!
Our next meeting (and I also can't tell you what we'll have accomplished by that time, but committee members, remember, shhhhh!) will be at the same place, Best Western Crabber's Lounge, at 2pm on Sunday, May 19th! Hope to see all of you there!
