Dear friends of Linnie and Loretta,
We hope that you are doing well and able to enjoy some wonderful summer weather. We have some news to share with you. On May 8th, Loretta returned to the USA. Linnie will join her July 17th. Africa Inland Mission, our mission agency, has granted us a 12 month compassionate leave of absence from the field for a family consideration.
We have been so blessed to have had you as a prayer and/or financial partner. Our past four and a half years serving with Africa Inland Mission in Kenya and Uganda could not have been possible without your support. We would ask that you continue to prayer for us as we know that God has led us back to the states at this time. We want to return to Africa after this 12 month period; but we will have to see what the Lord has in store. His timing is perfect.
We will be living in the Boston area during this time. Linnie will probably fly some while in the USA to maintain pilot proficiency to be ready for more service in Africa. We will be visiting our supporting churches and as many of you as we can during this time in USA. We thank you for your continued love, support and prayers.
